Sarah Moskal (she, her, hers)

My goal at NIU is to help students live the life they want to live and to be well in that process. While college is an exciting time to explore one’s dreams and passions, it also brings about high levels of stress, mental health concerns, sleep issues, unhelpful coping strategies, and more. Know that you are not alone in navigating your college journey. My team and I are here to create opportunities, experiences, and resources to help you to be well and make choices that align with achieving your goals.

Outside of work, my friends and family know me as a cat-lover, anime fan, and video game nerd. I enjoy talking about all the shows, games, and characters that bring me joy. I personally love the Legend of Zelda, any Studio Ghibli movie, and My Hero Academia.
